Ingredients
For the Rollups:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup diced pickles
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough
For the Garlic Butter:
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
2️⃣ Cook the ground beef: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain any excess fat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3️⃣ Mix the filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked ground beef, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and diced pickles. Stir until everything is evenly mixed.
4️⃣ Prepare the pizza dough: Unroll the refrigerated pizza dough onto a clean surface. If the dough is in a rectangle shape, you can cut it into 4-6 squares or leave it as one large sheet, depending on your preference.
5️⃣ Assemble the rollups: Spoon the beef, bacon, and cheese mixture onto each dough square. Carefully roll up the dough to enclose the filling and pinch the edges to seal them tightly.
6️⃣ Make the garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the minced garlic.
7️⃣ Brush with garlic butter: Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet. Brush each rollup with the garlic butter mixture, making sure they are well coated.
8️⃣ Bake: Bake the rollups in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted inside.
9️⃣ Serve: Remove the rollups from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
