Ingredients
For the Chicken Mixture:
- 3 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
For the Lasagna Layers:
- 9 lasagna noodles, cooked al dente
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2️⃣ Prepare the chicken mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch dressing, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined and smooth.
3️⃣ Prepare the lasagna noodles:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package directions, then drain and lay them flat on a sheet of parchment paper or a clean kitchen towel to prevent them from sticking.
4️⃣ Assemble the lasagna:
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Layer three lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Spread one-third of the chicken mixture over the noodles, followed by one-third of the mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat this process for the next two layers, adding more Alfredo sauce, chicken mixture, and mozzarella cheese.
5️⃣ Add the final layer:
After the final layer of chicken mixture and mozzarella, sprinkle the shredded Parmesan cheese on top.
6️⃣ Bake the lasagna:
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
7️⃣ Serve:
Let the lasagna rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy this creamy, cheesy, and savory lasagna!
